The Drawmer 1970 offers two high quality Microphone Preamps and two super clean compressors. Ideal as a front end to your recording system if you prefer at add compression on the way in. Also included is an instrument input with simple Bass and Treble EQ with Boost. On the output you’ll find two big VU meters along side a Wet/Dry Mix and Gain. The 1970 Dual F.E.T. Compressor and Pre-Amplifier builds on a heritage inspired by the first pro audio “tool box” compressor, the illustrious Drawmer 1960, but with a greatly expanded feature set, making it one of the most adaptable mic preamplifier/compressors on the market today.


Drawmer 1971: 4-band parametric EQ

The Drawmer 1971 is the latest addition to the 1970 series. It’s a fully featured Stereo Parametric EQ with CRUSH Dynamics control for each of its 4 bands. The Crush button adds a fixed time constant, auto gain makeup compressor, whilst also giving a wider rounder bandwidth. In addition it introduces some musically pleasing harmonics and saturation. The 1971 also features a variable low and high cut filter for each channel. Each of the 4 bands, and filters can be switched in and out independently. Designed to meet the demands of modern recording, mixing, and mastering, the Drawmer 1971 is a very powerful parametric EQ and is the perfect tool to slice and dice in the studio.

 


Drawmer 1972: Dual Microphone Preamp

The Drawmer 1972 features two independent mic preamps to provide ultra clean transparent recordings. The unit has fully variable LoCut and HiCut controls to remove unwanted signals in the low and high frequencies, removing rumble and hiss with ease. In addition the Shape feature allows you to bring out the bass or treble using a subtle tilt EQ. Both channels have a big VU meter to monitor signal prior to hitting the DAW. The Drawmer 1972 gives you big bang for your buck and is the prefect front end to your Audio Interface.
