With cloud based streaming services like SONOS you can play your music directly from an off site or local server. All you need is a streaming device with a line level output like the SONUS Connect - from here you just connect directly to your speakers.

LAPTOP HOOKUP

Connecting up your computer to the Genelec G Series speakers is just as easy as connecting up your ipod. Run a minijack to dual RCA cable from the headphone out of your laptop to the left and right G Series Speakers.

5.1 HOOKUP

To run the Genelec G Series speakers in a 5.1 surround sound configuration you will need a 5.1 AV receiver/preamp. This will decode the 5.1 signal coming from your TV and split it into its individual outputs. Because Genelec are Active you will not need an amp receiver.
