Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.1 You may Order Products by completing the order form on the Studio Connections Australia web site and clicking the ‘Pay Now’ button, by phone or in person.
1.2 Your Order is an offer to purchase Products on these terms. If Studio Connections Australia accepts your offer, Studio Connections Australia will confirm your Order by email for web site purchases or by phone (Confirmation).
1.3 Product information on the Studio Connections Australia web site (including prices) is an invitation to treat only, not an offer to supply by Studio Connections Australia.
2.1 Subject to these terms and receipt of payment, Studio Connections Australia will supply you the Products specified in a Confirmation. Where multiple Products are Ordered, Studio Connections Australia may deliver the Products separately at different times.
2.2 Studio Connections Australia will notify you via email on Products being shipped if you provide your email address.
2.3 Any shipping time given is an estimate only. Studio Connections Australia is not liable for any delays in delivery.
3 Prices and payment
3.1 Studio Connections may vary prices for Products at any time prior to Confirmation of an Order.
3.2 You may pay for Products Ordered via any method specified on the Studio Connections web site from time to time.
3.3 All prices are in Australian dollars (inclusive of GST) and Products must be paid for in Australian dollars. Foreign credit cards are not accepted.
4.1 Studio Connections may cancel an Order or part of an Order where Products become unavailable, by notice to you, and will refund the purchase price paid by you.
5 Exclusion of terms
5.1 Except for those terms that cannot by law be excluded, all terms other than those expressly contained in the Agreement are excluded.
6.1 Subject to clause 11.2:
6.1.1 Studio Connections’s liability arising out of the Agreement is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question; and
6.1.2 in no event will Studio Connections be liable to you (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect loss or damage including loss of profit (whether consequential, special, incidental or indirect) that may arise under the Agreement.
6.2 Nothing in the Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any term of the Trade Practices Act 1974 where to do so would result in a term of the Agreement being illegal or void.
