Genelec 8380A World Tour Melbourne studio monitor listening event

Join us for the Melbourne stop of the Genelec 8380A World Tour, a global introduction to Genelec’s new 8380A SAM™ Main Monitor. This special listening event is designed for producers, engineers, studio owners, artists and audio professionals who want to experience Genelec’s latest main monitoring technology in a world-class studio environment.

Hosted at Sabre Sound, the event will combine a focused 8380A listening session with food, drinks and the chance to connect with others from the Melbourne audio community. The 8380A joins Genelec’s acclaimed Main Monitoring family, bringing powerful full-range playback, precise imaging and intelligent room adaptation to medium and large studio spaces.

Sabre Sound is one of Melbourne’s newest purpose-built recording spaces, led by a team with deep roots in Australian studio history. Ern Rose’s involvement brings a direct connection to the legacy of Armstrong Studios, one of the country’s most important recording institutions.

The 8380A has already received international recognition, with French magazine Diapason recently awarding both the Genelec 8380A and 8381A its prestigious Diapason d’Or. You can read the article here.
